It's Summer and Blueberry Pie time!
Yes, this has nothing to do with art making, or maybe in a way it does? Is baking not art? It's at least creative. And ya know what, who cares. I wanted to share this recipe with a bunch of folks who asked for it and so here it is! THE FINEST of all the blueberry pies, Newport Shores Blueberry Sour Cream Pie! I'm hoping I can attach a PDF for you all. Let's give it a whirl!
So with this pie, I always do a deep dish version to include lots of extra berries. The recipe has measurements to suit either the deep dish version or the standard pie plate version. BUT TRY THE DEEP DISH! Remember to start with a pre-baked crust, and remember before pre-baking to start with a frozen crust. This made all the difference for me this time around.
